This folder contains correspondence about mining and ore milling in Canada and other foreign countries. Much of the correspondence relates to Edison's interest in various Canadian copper and iron mines. There are also inquiries about Edison's ore milling and processing machinery. Other documents pertain to ore samples sent to Edison.
Approximately 30 percent of the documents have been selected. The following categories of documents have not been selected: routine requests for Edison to purchase land, mines, and ores; routine correspondence concerning mineral assays; bills of lading for ore samples.
