This folder contains correspondence and other documents relating to the organization of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Concentrating Works. Included are documents about the closing of Edison's ore milling plant in Bechtelsville, Pennsylvania and the establishment of his Ogden works in New Jersey. Many of the documents are by William K. L. Dickson, a West Orange laboratory employee who was sent to Ogden to report on the operations of the new plant.
