This folder contains correspondence and other documents relating to the business of the Automatic Phonograph Exhibition Co. Included are documents concerning the company's lawsuit against the North American Phonograph Co., the appointment of trustees, and a disagreement with the Edison interests over the sale of machines and the use of appropriate nameplates on them. Some of the documents are on thin tissue paper and are illegible due to faded or blurred ink.
All of the documents have been selected except for illegible items and duplicate copies of selected items. Courtesy of Thomas Edison National Historical Park.
