This folder contains correspondence and other documents from Edison's patent attorneys and agents relating to domestic and foreign patent applications, patent litigation, and other patent matters. Included are letters pertaining to patents for the kinetoscope, the phonograph, and ore milling machinery. There are also documents regarding a kinetoscope interference case involving Edison and officials of the American Mutoscope Co. and items concerning Edison's testimony in a boiler patent case. Most of the letters are from the law firm of Dyer & Driscoll.
