These letters from Ralph H. Beach to Francis Jehl are from 1937-1939. Beach was an Edison friend who collaborated with him on a number of projects from the 1890s onwards, most notably the use of electric storage batteries for urban streetcars. An early meeting between Edison and Marconi is also mentioned.
