These two clippings from the Sunbury Daily Item, dated 1931 and 1947, are from the collection of Samuel N. Keefer. The first document describes a visit to Edison's funeral by Keefer and other representatives of Sunbury, Pennsylvania, where Edison had pioneered the three-wire electrical distribution system in 1883. The second clipping includes reminiscences by longtime Edison associate Walter S. Mallory on Edison's early work with the kinetoscope.
