This folder contains correspondence relating to the work at the Menlo Park laboratory. Most of the correspondence is a series of daily reports by Thomas Logan, foreman of the machine shop. There is also a letter from Edison to Logan concerning the closing of the laboratory. A few daily reports are by Charles P. Mott. Related material can be found in Mott's journal (Menlo Park Notebook #117, Notebook Series) and in two pocket notebooks kept by Mott, PN-80-09-23 and PN-81-01-19 (Notebook Series).
All of the documents have been selected. Courtesy of Thomas Edison National Historical Park.
