This folder contains correspondence and other documents relating to attempts to establish local companies and construct central stations in Connecticut. Included is information about the canvassing of Danbury, Hartford, Southington, and other towns. Much of the correspondence is by Charles B. Harris and M. P. Robinson of Hartford, who acted as agents for Edison company business through an agreement with the Edison Electric Light Co.
All of the documents have been selected. Courtesy of Thomas Edison National Historical Park.
