This folder contains correspondence and other documents relating to Edison's friends and acquaintances. The correspondents for 1914 include naturalist John Burroughs, banker James G. Cannon, industrialist and philanthropist Andrew Carnegie, General Electric executive Charles A. Coffin, merchant John Wanamaker, and longtime associates Henry C. Demming, Edward H. Johnson, and P. B. Shaw. One item pertains to the death of longtime associate William D. Marks, an engineering professor at the University of Pennsylvania.
